For orders less than $59.99, an additional shipping fee of $6.99 will be charged,shipping within 4-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

B. Shipping, handling and order cut-off times

Generally, it takes 4-7 business days (Monday to Saturday) for shipments to be shipped.

The order cut-off time is 03:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (Denver).

Order processing time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday).

D. Order acceptance and pricing

Please note that sometimes orders cannot be processed for a variety of reasons. This website reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason. Before we accept your order, you may be asked to provide additional verification or information, including but not limited to phone number and address. In order to avoid credit or debit card fraud, we reserve the right to verify your payment details and verify the personal information you share with us before providing you with the product. This verification may take the form of identity, residence or bank information checks. We reserve the right to cancel orders that we suspect are at risk of credit or debit card fraud. We are determined to provide users with the most accurate pricing information on the website; however, errors may still occur, such as when the price of an item is incorrectly displayed on the website. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If an item is mispriced, we may, at our discretion, contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation. We have the right to refuse or cancel any such order regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged.

H. Cancellations

If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before your order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.

I. Package damaged in transit

If you find that the package is damaged in transit, please refuse the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for the next steps.
